Delivery Timings

• Orders placed within Pakistan are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
• Delivery times may slightly vary during public holidays, bad weather, or high-volume sales events.

Shipping Charges

• We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 300 on all orders across Pakistan, regardless of the order size or weight.

Order Tracking & Confirmation

• Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation call or message.
• After dispatch, a tracking number will be shared with you via SMS or Email so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

Damaged Shipments

• If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with from the courier company, please do not accept it or record a video while opening it and contact us immediately.
