  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Customers must provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice) and a clear photo/video of the defect or damage.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  • Once approved, you will be requested to send the item back to our warehouse address.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed via Transfer, EasyPaisa  or JazzCash within 3-5 business days.
  • Please note that initial shipping charges are non-refundable
